At 10MJ/kg digestible energy and just 2% starch, it provides comparable energy to many cool mixes or cubes while typically containing around 10 times less starch.
A light molasses coating enhances palatability, making it particularly suitable for fussy feeders. Free from straw, Alfa-A Original can be fed dry, dampened or soaked and should be supplemented with a suitable vitamin and mineral supplement or balancer to ensure the diet is balanced.
