Office Administrator Apprentice - Business Administration L3
We have an exciting opportunity to undertake the Business Administration L3 Apprenticeship, to learn and work in a Retail environment at our store in Hemingbrough.

This position is part-time, 24 hours per week over 3 days. Time will be allocated for study during these working hours.
The learning with the training provider is 100% online.
Duties:
- Daily office operations
- Process financial documents with Sage 50 Accounts software
- Checking statements
- Creating signs for the stores
- Assist with stock control
- Maintain organised filing systems, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy access to information
- Handle incoming calls
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Skills:
- Ability to be versatile and work in multiple diverse departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications such as Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to assist team members as needed

Full Time Feed Barn Sales Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant to work predominantly in the Feed Barn area of our Hemingbrough store.
This will be a physically demanding role with repetitive lifting of heavy bags so please only apply for this role if this is relevant to you.

- Achieving sales targets through knowledge of the ranges
Full time 40 hrs per week working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis
