Shipping Policy – R&R Country

UK Delivery

We use DPD and Royal Mail for all UK deliveries. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking notifications.

Orders placed using Interest-Free Credit must be delivered to the billing address and signed for — these orders cannot be left in a safe place.

Please contact us within 10 days of dispatch if there is an issue with your delivery. After this period, we may be unable to investigate.

UK Delivery

  • Standard UK Shipping – £4.95 | Free on orders over £75* | 2–3 working days
  • Premium Next Day Delivery* – £6.95 | Order before 1pm (Mon–Fri)
  • Premium Saturday Delivery – £9.95 | Order by 1pm Friday
  • Northern Ireland – £4.95 | 2–5 working days
  • Scottish Highlands and Islands – £4.95 | 2–5 working days

*Free delivery excludes Northern Ireland. Mainland and Highlands boundaries are defined by the courier.

*Premium Next Day Delivery orders are sent on a next working day service. Once your parcel has been despatched, delivery times are subject to the carrier's network and our outside of our direct control.

International Delivery

Turkiye, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man

  • No taxes or import duties are collected by R&R Country and these are the responsibility of the customer
  • Pricing is in GBP
  • Orders will be fully tracked and sent via Royal Mail

 

All other International Countries

  • Duties and taxes are calculated and charged at checkout and automatically remitted to the local tax authorities by Global-E, meaning a seamless delivery experience
  • Pricing is in the customers local currency
  • Orders will be fully tracked and sent via FedEx International Connect Plus®

We ship to many countries worldwide including Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Czech Republic, and the Republic of Ireland.


Shipping Notices

  • Some items may be restricted from international delivery due to size or weight.
  • If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you before cancelling and refunding.
  • If parcel weight exceeds estimates, we may request additional shipping charges (only with your agreement).
  • Fairfax & Favor orders cannot be shipped to the USA.

Click & Collect / In-Store Collection

  • Collection is available on most items (excluding Interest-Free Credit orders).
  • You will receive email or text confirmation when your order is ready.
  • Some large items such as feed or bedding may be collection only.

Damaged, Missing or Undelivered Items

Please check your order on arrival. If anything is missing or damaged, contact us immediately at:

Photographs may be requested to help resolve delivery issues.

If items are undelivered or missing, we are required to raise an investigation with the courier. Please be aware, we require couriers to conclude their investigation before a resolution can be made by R&R Country. In some instances, Royal Mail and DPD will send a letter which will need signing and returning back to the courier before disputes can be concluded. If this policy is not adhered to within the noted timeframe, the case will be closed at both ends and no further action will be taken.
