Key ingredients (per 25 g scoop):

• Magnesium sulphate (6,250 mg) for calmness

Feeding guidelines:

• Loading phase: 2–4 scoops, morning and evening for 5–10 days

• Maintenance: 1 scoop, morning and evening

• Increase to loading level 3 days before competitions or stressful events
