General Delivery Information
We use DPD and Royal Mail for all tracked UK deliveries. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking notifications.
Orders placed using Interest-Free Credit must be delivered to the billing address and signed for — these orders cannot be left in a safe place.
Please contact us within 10 days of dispatch if there is an issue with your delivery. After this period, we may be unable to investigate.

- Standard UK Shipping – £3.95 | Free on orders over £75* | 1–5 working days
- Premium Next Day Delivery – £6.95 | Order before 1pm (Mon–Fri)
- Premium Saturday Delivery – £9.95 | Order by 1pm Friday
- Northern Ireland – £3.95 | 2–5 working days
- Channel Islands – £3.95 | 2–5 working days
- Isle of Man – £3.95 | 2–5 working days
- Scottish Highlands – £3.95 | 1–5 working days
- Scottish Islands – £3.95 | 2–5 working days
*Free delivery excludes Northern Ireland. Mainland and Highlands boundaries are defined by the courier.
International Shipping
- International delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
- All international orders are fully tracked and sent via DPD or Royal Mail.
- USA delivery is currently suspended due to tariff uncertainty.
We ship to many countries worldwide including Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Czech Republic, and the Republic of Ireland.
Customs, Taxes & Duties
- Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- VAT will be shown at checkout based on destination.
- If a parcel is refused due to unpaid charges, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Shipping Notices
- Some items may be restricted from international delivery due to size or weight.
- If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you before cancelling and refunding.
- If parcel weight exceeds estimates, we may request additional shipping charges (only with your agreement).
- Fairfax & Favor orders cannot be shipped to the USA.
Click & Collect / In-Store Collection
- Collection is available on most items (excluding Interest-Free Credit orders).
- You will receive email or text confirmation when your order is ready.
- Some large items such as feed or bedding may be collection only.
