Frequently Asked Questions
When can I collect my order?
For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1–2 working days.
For items located at our warehouse, your order will be ready to collect within the timeframe indicated on the website. If the item is at another store it may take approximately 3 working days.
If you are making a long journey to collect your order, we recommend calling the store in advance.
How will I know when my order is ready?
We will send you an email when your order is ready to collect. We do advise not to set off to collect your order until you have received your collection email.
What do I need to collect my order?
Please bring the following when collecting your order:
- Your order number
We will hold your order in store for 10 days. If you have any issues collecting within this time please contact the store and we will do our best to extend the collection window. After 10 days has passed, if you have not collected your order we will cancel the order and refund you in full.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes, someone else can collect your order on your behalf. As long as they have your order number and are able to confirm the items they are collecting, they will be able to pick the order up for you.
How do I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us via email or phone. Full refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
How do I return my order?
Our standard returns policy applies to all Click & Collect orders. You can also return items directly to the store.
