Standing nearly seven meters tall and measuring thirteen meters long, the Tyrannosaurus rex was probably not a very skilled hunter, but rather a scavenger that fed on leftovers from other animals.
It had over fifty teeth, each measuring more than 15 cm in length. These teeth were not used for chewing but for tearing, swallowing food in large pieces. To better judge depth while hunting, the Tyrannosaurus rex's eyes faced forward, allowing their fields of vision to overlap.
