How to Fit the CO₂ Cartridge:
Gather the hexagonal wrench and a new, unused cartridge of the correct size.
Insert the wrench into the bottom of the key box and remove the metal bottom cover.
Position the key ball in the hole of the key box.
Adjust the bottom cover with the wrench if needed to ensure it fits correctly.
Unscrew and remove the used cartridge.
Ensure the air cushions are completely deflated.
Lay the vest face down on a flat surface and press each cushion to release any remaining gas.
Do not roll or fold the vest.
Check that the key ball is correctly positioned and the bottom cover is secure.
Remove the hexagonal wrench from the key box.
Insert the new CO₂ cartridge and screw it in firmly, taking care not to overtighten.
Reposition all air cushions and fasten them securely.
Slide the One-Click Connector through the hole in the key box cover and close the cover.
