Feeding guide:

• Before exercise: feed 1 cookie 30 minutes before work
• Intense exercise: up to 2 cookies
• Recovery: feed 1 cookie post-exercise
• Build-up: feed 1–2 cookies daily for several days before exertion
• Maximum 6 cookies per 24 hours
