It is essential to gradually introduce and increase the amount of oil fed over time, allowing your horse’s metabolism to adjust effectively.
For general health and coat shine, we recommend feeding between 15–45ml per day. When using as part of a high-oil diet, do not exceed 100ml per 100kg body weight.
Vitamin E should be added to the diet to help balance the effects of feeding high levels of oil.
Clean Sport: Linseed Oil is audited under the BETA NOPS Scheme as suitable for FEI competition. Check local authorities if racing or competing internationally.
Composition:
- Vegetable oil (Linseed oil, crude)
A 1L bottle fed at 15ml per day will last approximately 66 days.
Feeding Guidelines:
- Horses & Ponies: 15 – 45ml (1 – 3 tablespoons) per day
