A good level of quality protein supports muscle development, while added yeast helps maintain a healthy digestive system. Vitamins, minerals and magnesium provide additional nutritional support.
Soak for at least 5–10 minutes using equal parts or more water to mash, and divide the daily allowance into two or more feeds.
