How It Works
- Browse & Order
Shop selected bridles, stirrups, and bits marked as Trial Products on our website. They’ll be listed with manufacturer images and clearly labelled. As trial items, they may show some signs of light use. - 14 Days to Try
Once your item arrives, you’ll have 14 days to try it out. Ride in it, handle it, fit it to your horse — this scheme is designed so you can use the product properly before deciding. - Use with Confidence
Worried about getting it dirty and not being able to return it? Don’t be. Trial products are meant to be genuinely tested. As long as they’re returned in a clean and similar condition to how they arrived, you’re covered. You can trial with confidence, knowing you’re not stuck with a product that doesn’t suit. - Simple Returns
If it’s not quite right, just book your return through the R&R Country Royal Mail Returns Portal before your 14-day trial ends.

Return the item and receive a full refund, minus a £20 trial fee once it’s been inspected.
Terms & Conditions
Trial items must be returned in a clean and similar condition to how they were received; items that are excessively soiled may incur a cleaning fee. Damage deemed to be caused by negligence or misuse may also incur a fee. The trial period is 14 days from the day after delivery, and returns must be booked via the R&R Country Royal Mail Returns Portal on or before the end of that 14-day period. Returns booked after this window will be subject to a late fee of £5 per day, which may be deducted from your refund. Please note that finance payment methods are not available for trial products. If you decide not to keep the item, a £20 Trial Fee will be deducted from your refund.
